Doctor of Physical Therapy / Performance Coach
Having been to an NBA Finals with the Phoenix Suns in 2021 and an MLS Cup with the New England Revolution in 2014, Adam has been providing rehabilitation and performance training at the highest level with professional athletes for over a decade. Adam is the founder and host of the Finding Small Wins podcast – a podcast that pulls back the curtain on sports to learn how you can upgrade your health and performance. In it’s first year of launching, the podcast was featured in So Scottsdale magazine as 1 of 5 ‘Voices in The Valley.’
Adam began his career in professional sports as both a fitness coach and youth academy soccer coach for eight seasons with the New England Revolution. Following the Revs, Adam spent a season with the Orlando Pride in the National Women’s Soccer League in a similar role as a fitness coach.
Adam transitioned to the medical side of professional sports as a performance therapist for the Atlanta Hawks in the NBA. After Atlanta, Adam served as the Director of Performance & Rehabilitation for the Phoenix Suns. Adam’s experience and knowledge in both the medical and performance industries have enhanced his ability to successfully integrate concepts from sports science, fitness, strength training, physical therapy, and orthopedic medicine.
Over his career, Adam has learned that successful health and performance goes beyond the X’s and O’s of training and rehabilitation. The long-term success comes from understanding the human behind the athlete and helping them find their small wins along the way.
Adam currently resides in Scottsdale, AZ with his wife Lauren, his son Theo, and their certified service dog, Pax.

“Adam created my off-season program with a player first mentality. He built it around what I loved to do and who I was as a person. It was the first time in my career I was treated as a person first then an athlete. Adam went above and beyond to get to know his athletes as people and ultimately learn how to bring out the best in them.”

“Working with Adam was some of the most fun I’ve had in my life. During rehab I trusted him and I knew that he was not going to do things that were going to set me back. He always kept me moving in the right direction. He is a great person, great physical therapist, and great at rehab. I just loved working with Adam.”

“It was a real pleasure working with Adam for a couple of years back in Atlanta. His consistency, his passion for his job, and his friendliness – getting to know him on a personal level too. He always brings good energy throughout the course of an NBA season. I highly recommend Adam.”

Adam attacked each day with a smile on his face, always has positive energy, and constantly putting others before himself. Whether it was staying late with athletes to get them extra treatment or coming in early to get staff members like me in shape, he always did it with a smile on his face and a great amount of gratitude.

“You’re the best physical therapist I know. Not just because your professionalism, but because you truly care. Not only in our time in New England, but no matter where I was in the world, I could always call on you. You were there to help me, to guide me, and to make me better.”
