One week commitments – players can come and go as they please so they can enjoy their offseason too.
From daily treatment on the table to performance training in the weight room to on-field technical training to improve skills, players will have an elite experience to focus on improving themselves and preparing to be their best for preseason.

Setting the Standard
The athlete is at the center of every plan. Each plan will integrate multiple disciplines to create a complete, 360 performance plan. Every week, each athlete’s plan will include:
- Daily treatment to address chronic symptoms, improve movement, and reduce injury risks.
- Soccer-specific movement screens and strength testing to monitor groin & hamstring health.
- Board certified sports physical therapists to carry out any rehab from end-of-season injuries or offseason surgery.
- Individualized weight training programs determined by an elite performance profiling system.
- Qualified and reputable soccer coaches with US Soccer coaching licenses for technical and tactical training on the field.
- Licensed sports massage therapists to provide recovery and prepare for the next day’s work.

Dynamic cupping with red light therapy is one of the many tools available for daily treatments. The dynamic aspect of this technique utilizes pulsating suction to decompress the tissues. Red light therapy helps increase tissue temperature and improve blood flow.
Other tools available include dry needling, electrical muscle stimulators, soft tissue mobilization, massage, compression boots, and so much more.

Who is Adam Loiacono?
Adam is a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and performance coach who is board certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) and Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach (CSCS). Adam has over a decade of experience providing top-tier rehabilitation and performance training to professional athletes. His career includes reaching the NBA Finals with the Phoenix Suns in 2021 and the MLS Cup with the New England Revolution in 2014.
With prior pro team experience in medical and performance roles, Adam integrates sports science, rehabilitation, fitness, strength training, physical therapy, and orthopedic medicine seamlessly. His research-driven approach uses injury risk data and longevity studies to set standards for strength, endurance, movement, speed, and body composition. Leveraging advanced technology like force plates and velocity-based training, Adam customizes and measures the progress of each athlete’s rehab or training plan for tangible results.

As part of the all-inclusive weekly package, each player will receive:
- Daily Treatment
Quick 10-15 minute prep before soccer training and 30-60 minute sessions before or after gym sessions. - Daily Gym Sessions
45-minute sessions that are periodized throughout the week to compliment soccer training. - Injury Rehab
If players need continued rehab from an end-of-season injury or off-season surgery, then an individual rehab plan will be created for their daily treatment, gym sessions, and on-field sessions. - Soccer Training
45-60 minute individual or small group training available depending on players’ preferences. - Fitness Training
Integrated into on-field soccer training or supplemented afterwards on field. - Movement Profile
A head-to-toe assessment to analyze major joints, functional movements, and past injury history to tailor daily treatments to player’s needs. - Performance Profile
Outfitted by Vald Performance, players will undergo force plate jump testing, timing gate speed tests, and NordBord hamstring & ForceFrame hip strength tests to create an individual profile. - Recovery Massage
(2) 60-minute massages per week to facilitate recovery and address any soft-tissue needs.
PERFORMANCE PROFILING >>>>>
Force plate assessments are one of the tools utilized to profile each player. Players will undergo jump testing, double leg strength, and single leg strength testing on the force plates. The force plate data provides our team valuable insights to individualize each player’s offseason programming.
Each component of the complete player profile is compared against normative data relative to gender and sport. This comparison establishes where each player ranks against a standard which guides their offseason programming.

TREATMENT, REHAB, & GYM SESSIONS will be held at Helix Human Performance. With over 9,000 square feet of floor space, turf, and state of the art gym equipment, all treatment and performance needs will be catered to.
SOCCER TRAINING will be held at a combination of outdoor grass fields in the Scottsdale area, all within a 20 minute drive to Helix. In the event of bad weather, indoor turf training space is available at AZ Soccer Lab – a 2 minute walk behind Helix Human Performance.
